Established in 2017, Total Desserts located at a shop on ground floor in Yuen Long Town Center with nostalgic theme. From the interior decoration, menu to tableware, the simple nostalgic design creates the taste of old Hong Kong.

Total Dessert mainly sells traditional Chinese soup, with the expertise hand-grinded sweet soup, they also adds a series of Taiwanese desserts such as Taiwanese taro balls, Herbal jelly and Aiyu jelly to cater to different tastes and provide more options for the neighborhoods in the district.
